Harris Institute
Our unrivalled CPD programme, supported by the Harris Institute of Teaching and Leadership, offers everything from subject-specific training to nationally recognised leadership qualifications. With our vast network of academies, there are always opportunities to take on new challenges, specialise in your area of interest, or move into leadership. Many of our senior leaders started as teachers with us and have developed their skills through coaching programmes, peer mentorship and National Professional Qualifications (NPQs).
Apprenticeships

As an accredited apprenticeship provider, we understand exactly what is needed for staff to succeed. Our in-house apprenticeship programmes, alongside a large suite of courses offered through trusted external providers, give our staff access to high-quality, career-enhancing training at every level.
