Support roles
As well as our incredible teachers and leaders, our academies wouldn't run without our dedicated support teams. Our support staff are essential to the success of academies as they play a crucial role in ensuring that the schools run smoothly and that the needs of students are met.
We have support staff based across our academies and at our head office in East Croydon.
Governors
Outstanding local governance is vital to the success of Harris academies, with numerous Ofsted reports paying tribute to the role played by the governors of our academies. Harris Federation governing bodies carry much of the responsibility for setting the strategic direction of our academies and for monitoring all aspects of performance.
