About Us
We are the leading large multi-academy trust in the country.
Our focus is on rapid school improvement and transforming education for some of the most disadvantaged young people across London.
We have 55 academies, educating over 44,000 students. We are a Federation rather than a chain, and the autonomy of our Principals, and their individual schools is at the heart of our success.
We believe that teachers need the freedom to teach brilliantly, the development and training to grow as learners themselves and the leadership and support that comes from an organisation that is solely focused on education and is run by people who have worked in schools and understand teaching and learning.
You will be joining a network of likeminded education professionals and have opportunities to learn from colleagues who are some of the best teachers and school leaders in the country.
Main Areas of Responsibility
We look for talented individuals who want to be a part of transforming education in London and helping create exceptional places of learning. We want to hear from experienced teachers who are interested in joining one of our high performing and thriving departments, with vacancies available across primary and secondary.

We would like to hear from you if you have:
- QTS (or equivalent) and an undergraduate degree
- Successful experience of teaching the primary or secondary curriculum
- Good understanding of current theory and best practice in teaching and learning, particularly as it relates to achieving high rates of progress of children of primary and secondary age
- Good subject knowledge of core National Curriculum
- Good understanding of child development and progression and how this impacts on planning
- Understanding of effective strategies for managing behaviour within the classroom and in accordance with the school's policy
- An understanding of equal opportunity issues and how they can be addressed in schools
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
