We are the leading large multi-academy trust in the country.

Our focus is on rapid school improvement and transforming education for some of the most disadvantaged young people across London.

We have 55 academies, educating over 44,000 students. We are a Federation rather than a chain, and the autonomy of our Principals, and their individual schools is at the heart of our success.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Enjoy working with young people and helping them succeed
  • Understand the importance of high expectations and equality of access for all students
  • Be able to work as part of a team and to develop and maintain positive relationships with all staff
  • Be able to create a motivating and safe learning environment for all students
  • Be able to communicate positively with parents, carers and other external agencies where necessary
  • Have good written and spoken communication skills
  • Be able to lead and manage your own work effectively
  • Be able to motivate students and raise their aspirations through a range of strategies
