Xuexue

Xuexue joined Harris Science Academy East London as a Finance Administrator in July 2023. 

What impact does your role have?

I ensure all invoices are up to date for payment so we can maintain a good relationship with our suppliers. I keep our financial transactions up to date, keep accurate records of invoices and purchase orders which ensures we are compliant. 

What have been the highlights of working here?

It's a really warm and healthy work environment. There is good teamwork and excellent support from managers. 

How would you describe your colleagues and students?

My colleagues are really helpful, and the students are very respectful. 

What motivates you in your role?

I'm motivated by the positive feedback from my colleagues about my work, and knowing that my role is essential for the academy running encourages me to do my best.
